For a complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend to take advantage of additional Guaranteed Delivery Insurance (available for Canada and USA only) and Extra Safe Shipping options. These options can be waived by us, if you have provided us with an undeliverable shipping address (It must be your real name, real address). 

We deliver our seeds to the USA, Canada and Europe, however we strongly advise you check regulations regarding marijuana seeds in your country prior to ordering, as we will not be held responsible for any legal problems resulting from your purchase. All our seeds are sold as novelty items. 

Make sure your NAME & ADDRESS IS CORRECT. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, remember things like your apartment number, rural routes, extra street information etc. Our orders are one way only, this means once they are shipped if your address is incorrect your order will be lost and we are not responsible for your address we expect you to know it and provide it correctly to us for shipping your order. 

The free shipping bar on the website is only a guide, this guide does not guarantee free shipping. This will come down to the amount on the final order. 

Delivery Times & Costs

We charge a flat fee for every order and we offer a FREE DELIVERY for all orders above CA$150 in Canada and USA(must come to $150 after coupon. regular shipping)! We typical ship your order in 48 to 72 hours (not including weekends and holidays) We need time to pack your order. You will get a notification from our system once your order has been posted. It may also take time (1 day typically) for the postal service to pick up your order from our mailbox.   

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, holidays, weekends etc. We are not responsible for the postal services. Messaging us repeatedly about where your order is will most likely go unanswered. Repeatedly messaging us about an order will not make the postal system ship them faster. If the postal system is taking time to deliver your order, your issues are with them, and therefor you should contact them.

United States – in typical circumstances your order should arrive within 7 – 16 business days after we have shipped (please allow 30 days for delivery). 

Tracked Shipping Cost (With Tracking ID): CA$18.50 (About $13.60 in US Dollars after Exchange) 

Express Shipping(With Tracking ID): CA$40 dollars. (About $29.00 in US Dollars after Exchange)

Europe(United Kingdom) – please allow 10 – 25 working days for delivery(please allow 30 days for delivery). Tracked Shipping Cost CA$35, Express Shipping CA$55 dollars.

Order Tracking

Only orders with tracking numbers are trackable. Signature on delivery may be required for some orders.

After your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number with your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Use the tracking notification number to track your parcel at www.canadapost.com, https://tools.usps.com/ or www.royalmail.com.

If you are ordering from USA you can use the same tracking number to track your parcel at www.usps.com after it the enters USA.

Guaranteed Delivery Insurance (Canada & USA only)

To guarantee your delivery you will have the option to purchase a delivery option with insurance (cost of extra CA$15). We’ll resend your order free of charge if it goes missing one time to the same address or a different address if you choose.

If you choose the ‘Guaranteed Delivery Insurance’, we guarantee your parcel in the event of it not arriving to you (must be undelivered with tracking after the allow shipping times), and we will reship your parcel to the original address provided that we do not receive online confirmation of the delivery of your parcel from the mail service. This is our insurance for you incase something happens to your order. If you don’t have insurance from us we will not reship.  

The Delivery Insurance option is available for customers from Canada and USA only.

Customers from Canada can add the Delivery Insurance option as an additional product to their cart.

Customers from U.S.A will be able to select the shipping option with insurance in checkout, within the shipping section.

Customers from other regions order at their own risk and Green Avenger Seeds cannot be held responsible for packages missing in the post.

Stealth Packaging

All products are packed in bubble wrap envelopes. This ensures that they arrive with you protected and in good condition.

Envelopes have only your address details, a stamp or a bar code label for tracking. We do not write what the contents are or put our company name on the envelope for your privacy.

EXTRA SAFE Stealth Shipping

For Extra Safe stealth shipping we strongly recommend adding a T-shirt, underwear, wallet, metal tin, a hemp bag or other EXTRA SAFE SHIPPING products  to your order. This option is available in the shopping cart and checkout. Purchasing one of these products is strongly recommended for North America.

Please note: we reserve the right to exchange your selected Extra Safe Shipping items for others to ensure the quickest and safest possible delivery of your package.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your goods within the estimated times listed above, please contact your postal service with your tracking number, as they might be holding your package. Once you have done so without success, please contact us, we will make enquiries to try and track down your parcel with the relevant postal service. If we are unsuccessful then we cannot be held responsible for the mail service and your quarrel is with them. If you paid for our shipping insurance above, you will get one free reship of your order.

Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postman will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to nowhere and it will be lost! So please make sure you purchase shipping insurance and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship. (Provided it was caught in Customs and not marked “Undeliverable” due to an incorrect mailing address by the post office)
