By placing an order with Green Avenger Seeds and it’s parent company, you acknowledge, understand and agree to the following:

1. Novelty Purpose Only
   Cannabis seeds referenced on this website are provided strictly for novelty/souvenir/collector purposes.

2. No Germination or Illegal Use
   Green Avenger Seeds does not take donations for novelty seeds, for germination or cultivation where prohibited. You agree not to use any seeds in any way that violates the laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Donation / Gift Understanding
   You understand that your payment is a voluntary donation to support Green Avenger Seeds. Any novelty seeds you receive are provided as a gift of appreciation for that donation and are not sold with any guarantee, promise, or expectation of germination where prohibited by law.

4. Legal Compliance
   You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with all local laws regarding possession, importation, and use of your novelty cannabis seeds. Void where prohibited.

5. No Liability
   Green Avenger Seeds is not responsible for any illegal use of any novelty seed gift by a customer.

6. Cancel any order at anytime
   We reserve the right to do background checks in special circumstances on any customer/potential customer to prevent the misuse/fraud of our service and cancel any order at any time based on the findings

7. Discreet Packaging
   All seeds are packaged discreetly not to hide them from enforcement but because we believe in our customers right to personal privacy when receiving our products. 

8. Right to Refuse Donation Refunds
   If we believe for any reason a customers is not being honest with us about our product we reserve the right not to issues any refunds

9. Do Not Order If You Disagree
   If you do not accept these terms, do not place an order.
